Lion Fish Coconut Curry
Ingredients
- 2 Lb Lion Fish Fillet Cleaned.
 - 4 Teaspoon Grace Coconut Oil
 - 1 Small Onions Diced
 - 1 Small Green Pepper Diced
 - 1 Zucchini Diced
 - 2 Tbsp Grace Spicy Curry Powder
 - 1 Can Grace Coconut Milk Liquid
 - 1/2 Packet Malher Garlic Powder
 - 1/2 Packet Malher Black Pepper
 - 1/2 Packet Malher Complete Seasoning
 - 1 Sprig Of Cilantro
 
Instructions
- Heat Up A Frying Pan And Add 2 Teaspoons Of Grace Coconut Oil.
 - Add The Diced Onions, Green Peppers, And Zucchini.
 - Stir While Frying For 2 Minutes.
 - Pour In The Grace Coconut Milk Liquid And Continue Stirring While Adding The Grace Spicy Curry Powder.
 - Keep It Cooking For 2 Minutes While Stirring Occasionally.
 - Season Lion Fish With Malher Garlic Powder, Malher Black Pepper, And Malher Complete Seasoning.
 - In Another Pan Add 2 Teaspoons Of Grace Coconut Oil To Heat Up And Fry The Seasoned Lionfish Until It Is Done Or Slightly Brown.
 - Lastly Add The Cooked Lion Fish To The Heated Curry Coconut Mixture And Continue Cooking It For 15 Minutes.
 
*Serve With Grace Coconut White Rice.
