  • 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 3 Eggs Beaten


  • In A Frying Pan, Heat Grace Coconut Oil.
  • Saute Onion & Sweet Pepper For Approximately 2 Minutes.
  • Remove Pan From Heat.
  • In A Bowl Add Sauteed Vegetables With Grace Tuna, Mashed Potatoes, Malher Garlic Powder, Malher Black Pepper, Malher Consome And Mix Well.
  • In Separate Containers, Place Breadcrumbs, Flour And Eggs.
  • Spoon Tuna Mixture And Shape Into Flattened Cakes.
  • Lightly Dust Each Cake With Flour, Then Dip Into Eggs And Coat With Breadcrumbs.
  • Reshape Cake If Necessary.
  • Place On A Tray And Refrigerate For 15 Minutes Before Frying.
  • Fry Each Cake In Grace Vegetable Oil Until Each Side Is Brown.
