Cream Cheese Flan
Ingredients
- ½ Can Grace Evaporated Milk Reg
 - 1 Cup Grace Filled Evaporated Milk
 - 1 Can Grace Condensed Milk
 - 2 Tsp Benjamins Vanilla Essence
 - 1 Tsp Benjamins Nutmeg Extract
 - 2 Tsp Malher Cinnamon Powder
 - 5 Eggs Separated Yolk & Egg White
 - ¾ Cup Water
 - 8 Oz Cream Cheese
 - 1 ½ Cup Sugar
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven At 350 Degrees.
 - In A Small Pot, Heat ¾ Cup Of Water.
 - Add 1 Cup Of Sugar, A Little At A Time, Stir Continuously For 4-5 Minutes Until It Reaches A Thick Consistency.
 - Pour Caramelized Sugar Into A 9” Pyrex Baking Dish.
 - Sprinkle Malher Cinnamon Powder Evenly Over The Top. Set Aside.
 - In A Bowl, Add Grace Evaporated Milk (Regular & Filled), Grace Condensed Milk And Egg Yolks, Whisk Together For 3-4 Minutes, Add Benjamins Vanilla Essence & Benjamins Nutmeg Extract. Set Aside.
 - In A Blender Add Egg Whites, ½ Cup Sugar And Cream Cheese. Blend On High For 4-5 Minutes Until Smooth.
 - Fold In Blended Mixture Into Bowl. Continue To Whisk Until Mixed In.
 - Add Mixture To Pyrex Dish. Place Pyrex Dish Into Oven On A Rack.
 - Place A Baking Sheet With Water At The Bottom Of The Oven.
 - Bake For An Hour and Let Cool.
 - Refrigerate And Serve Chilled.
