  • 1 Lb Shrimp Peeled And Deveined
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Kent Boringer Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Stuffed Olives
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Cilanto Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Encona Jerk Bar-B-Que Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Medium Tomato Cubed
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Diced
  • 1/2 Medium Sweet Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Tsp Malher Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Malher Chicken Consome
  • 1 Tbsp Grace Soy Sauce


  • In A Sauce Pan Heat Kent Boringer Olive Oil Saute Garlic, Onion And Sweet Pepper.
  • Add Olives, Cilantro, Tomato, Encona Jerk Bar-B-Que Sauce, Bay Leaft, Malher Black Pepper,
  • Malher Consome, Grace Soy Sauce, Water And Stir Well.
  • Bring Mixture To A Complete Boil.
  • Lower The Heat.
  • Add Shrimp And Simmer Uncovered For 10 Minutes Stirring Occasionally
  • Until Shrimp Is Fully Cooked.

*Serve Over Grace Coconut White Rice Or Corn Tortilla.
