Pan Fried Coconut Garlic Cassava

Ingredients / Ingredientes

2 1bs Cassava
2 tbsp Grace Coconut Oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 small  Onion (sliced thinly)
Lime Juice (1 Lime)

1 tbsp Malher complete seasoning 

Preparation / Preparación

Boil Cassava for 12 – 15 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.  Heat sauce pan on medium. Add Grace Coconut Oil.  Add Garlic, Onion, and Boiled Cassava.  Add Malher Complete Seasoning and Lime Juice.  Stir and cover pot. Let simmer for 5 minutes. 

Serve with Grace Jerk Pork Tenderlion.
