Fiesta Beans Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Grace Red Kidney Beans Stewed
 - 1 Lb Pinto Beans Stewed
 - 1 Medium Onion Diced
 - 1 Medium Sweet Pepper Diced
 - 1 Can Grace Whole Kernel Corn
 - 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms 14oz
 - 3 Tbsp Malher Consome
 - 1 Sachet Grace Coconut Milk Powder
 - 2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
 - 2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
 - 2 Sachet Malher Complete Seasoning
 - 2 Tbsp Malher Black Pepper
 - Bay Leaves To Taste
 - 2 Tbsp Grace Vegetable Oil
 - Optional 1lb Arrachera As A Side
 
Instructions
- In A Pot, Heat Grace Vegetable Oil, Add Onions And Sweet Pepper Into The Pot, Add Grace Whole Kernel Corn And Mushrooms, Let It Cook For 3 Minutes On High Heat.
 - Add Stewed Red Kidney Beans And Pinto Beans.
 - Add Malher Black Pepper, Malher Complete Seasonings, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Bay Leaves And Malher Consome.
 - Stir In Grace Coconut Milk Powder And Let Cook For 10-15 Minutes.
