Jalapeño Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Grace Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Sachet Malher Garlic Powder
  • 1 5oz Can Malher Slice Jalapeno
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Grace All Purpose Seasoning
  • Grace Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 3 Lbs. Medium Potatoes
  • 1 Lb. Cheese Grated
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Medium Sweet Pepper
  • 2 Ounces Margarine
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Flour

Instructions

  • Mince Onion And Sweet Pepper. Set Aside.
  • Place Margarine In Sauce Pan Over Low Heat.
  • Stir In Flour The Grace Evaporated Milk, Two Cups Water And Stir Until Slightly Thickened. Set Aside.
  • Peel Potatoes And Slice Into 1/4” Thickness.
  • Season With Malher Garlic Powder And Grace All Purpose Season.
  • Grease Casserole Dish.
  • Pour In 1/2 Cup Water
  • Add Potatoes.
  • Cover Dish And Bake In Moderate Heat For 15 Minutes.
  • Remove Potatoes From Oven, Stir In Onions And Sweet Pepper, Grace Hot Pepper Sauce.
  • Pour Cheese Over Potatoes.
  • Place Slice Malher Jalapeno Peppers On Top Of The Cheese.
  • Bake For An Additional 20 Minutes

Serve Hot.
