Preheat Oven At 350 Degrees.
In A Small Pot, Heat ¾ Cup Of Water.
Add 1 Cup Of Sugar, A Little At A Time, Stir Continuously For 4-5 Minutes Until It Reaches A Thick Consistency.
Pour Caramelized Sugar Into A 9” Pyrex Baking Dish.
Sprinkle Malher Cinnamon Powder Evenly Over The Top. Set Aside.
In A Bowl, Add Grace Evaporated Milk (Regular & Filled), Grace Condensed Milk And Egg Yolks, Whisk Together For 3-4 Minutes, Add Benjamins Vanilla Essence & Benjamins Nutmeg Extract. Set Aside.
In A Blender Add Egg Whites, ½ Cup Sugar And Cream Cheese. Blend On High For 4-5 Minutes Until Smooth.
Fold In Blended Mixture Into Bowl. Continue To Whisk Until Mixed In.
Add Mixture To Pyrex Dish. Place Pyrex Dish Into Oven On A Rack.
Place A Baking Sheet With Water At The Bottom Of The Oven.
Bake For An Hour and Let Cool.
Refrigerate And Serve Chilled.
