Ingredients

  • 2 Inch Piece Ginger Peeled And Very Thinly Sliced
  • 2 cups Grace Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 3 Chicken Breast Fillets Cut Into Thin Strips
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Red Chillies Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Grace Fish Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Coriander Cilantro Leaves

Instructions

  • Combine The Ginger, Grace Coconut Milk And Stock In A Medium Pan.
  • Bring To The Boil And Simmer, Uncovered, Over Low Heat For 10 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally.
  • Add The Chicken And Chillies To The Pan And Simmer For 8 Minutes.
  • Add The Grace Fish Sauce And Brown Sugar: Toss.
  • Add The Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves And Serve Immediately, Garnished With Extra Sprigs Of Coriander (Cilantro) To Your Liking.
