Grace Vinegar
Instructions
Combine 1 Large Onion Chopped And 1/4 Lb. Cabbage Soaked In Grace Vinegar, Salt And Pepper To Taste.
Spread 1 Oz. Masa On A Piece Of Plastic Into A Round Shape About 4” In Diameter.
Put A Bit Of Fish Or Beans At Middle, Fold, Seal And Remove From Plastic.
Fry In Hot Shortening.
Spread Onion Sauce On Top Of Panades.
