Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Masa Corn Dough
  • 1/2 Lb. Shortening
  • 1/2 Lb. Fish Hashed Or ½ Lb, Fried Bean
  • Grace Vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine 1 Large Onion Chopped And 1/4 Lb. Cabbage Soaked In Grace Vinegar, Salt And Pepper To Taste.
  • Spread 1 Oz. Masa On A Piece Of Plastic Into A Round Shape About 4” In Diameter.
  • Put A Bit Of Fish Or Beans At Middle, Fold, Seal And Remove From Plastic.
  • Fry In Hot Shortening.
  • Spread Onion Sauce On Top Of Panades.
