Grace Vinegar Preparation / Preparación Combine 1 large onion chopped and 1/4 lb. cabbage soaked in Grace vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread 1 oz. masa on a piece of plastic into a round shape about 4” in diameter. Put a bit of fish or beans at middle, fold, seal and remove from plastic, Fry in hot shortening. Spread onion sauce on top of Panades. Clicks / clics: 6136
