1 Sachet Malher Garlic Powder (Sal de Ajo)
1 Can Malher Slice Jalapeno 5 oz.
¼ Teaspoon Grace All Purpose Seasoning
Grace Hot Pepper Sauce
3 Lbs. Medium Potatoes
1 lb. Grated Cheese
1 Large Onion
1 Medium Sweet Pepper
2 Ounces Margarine
2 ½ Cups water
¼ Cup Flour Preparation Mince onion and sweet pepper. Set aside. Place margarine in sauce pan over low heat. Stir in flour, Grace Evaporated Milk, two cups water and stir until slightly thickened. Set aside. Peel potatoes and slice into ¼ inch thickness. Season with Malher Garlic Powder (Sal de Ajo) and Grace All purpose Seasoning. Grease casserole dish. Pour in ½ cup water, add potatoes. Cover dish and bake in moderate heat for 15 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven, stir in onions and sweet peppers, Grace Hot Pepper Sauce. Pour cheese over potatoes. Place slice Malher jalapenos Peppers on top of the cheese. Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Serve hot. Clicks: 802
