4 Heaping tbsp GRACE Roma Cocoa
4 Heaping tbsp GRACE Instant Chocolate
2 Cups granulated sugar
¾ Cup butter
3 eggs
1 ½ Tsp. vanilla
2 Cups flour
Dash of salt
Dash baking soda Preparation / Preparación
- In bowl whip butter and sugar gradually adding eggs.
- Add flour, GRACE Roma Cocoa, GRACE Instant Chocolate, salt, baking soda, GRACE Evaporated Milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
COCOA FROSTING:
- 3 Tablespoons butter softened
- 1/4 Cup GRACE Roma cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons GRACE evaporated milk
- 1 1/3 cup Florida Crystals Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Cup nuts (optional)
- In small mixer bowl combine all ingredients; beat to spreading consistency. Add more milk if necessary. Sprinkle with crush nuts or shaved chocolate.

Solution
9x13 pan has a much greater volume than a round cake pan. Therefore you would probably be better off substituting two 9' round pans. Each pan holds about half the batter of a 9x13' pan.

cake is round-not rectangle?
As a Baker in Placencia, I could not help but notice this cake is ROUND but the recipe calls for a 9 x 13 RECTANGLE pan?
