2cups Grace Coconut Milk
1cup chicken stock
3 chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips
1-2 teaspoons finely chopped red chillies2 tablespoons Grace Fish Sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup coriander (cilantro) leaves Preparation
- Combine the ginger, Grace Coconut Milk and stock in a medium pan. Bring to the boil and simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chicken and chillies to the pan and simmer for 8 minutes. Add the Grace Fish Sauce and brown sugar: toss.
- Add the coriander (cilantro) leaves and serve immediately, garnished with extra
- sprigs of coriander (cilantro) to your liking.
