2 Cans GRACE Evaporated Milk
2 Tablespoons GRACE Mustard
2 lbs. Potatoes
2 – 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Stick Margarine
1 Cup Scallions (finely chopped)
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Italian Herbs Preparation / Preparación Preheat Oven at 375°.
Peel and cut potatoes in round slices. Parboil in salted water, drain and set aside.
Slice GRACE Luncheon Meat in bite size squares and set aside.
In a medium saucepan combine cream cheese, GRACE Evaporated Milk, GRACE Mustard, scallions, black pepper , Italian herbs and heat until cheese is fully melted.
Prepare baking dish and layer potato slices/luncheon meat/cheese mixture, parmesan cheese – repeat layers.
