1/2 sm Onion (diced)
1/2 cup Grace Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp Malher Garlic Powder
1 tsp Malher Black Pepper
1 can Grace Corned Beef
Preparation / Preparación Peel and wash Potatoes. Grate Potatoes and wash again. In a bowl, add grated Potatoes. Add Grace Corned Beef, Malher Garlic Powder, Malher Black Pepper and Cheese. Mix together using hands. Heat frying pan on high and add Grace Vegetable Oil. Take small portions of Corned Beef mixture and flatten in a circular form using hands. Fry on both sides until brown.
Serve with Malher Refried Beans.
