1/2 can Grace Ham & Pork Luncheon meat (sliced)
3 med Potatoes (sliced thinly)
1 med Onion (sliced)
Grace Coconut oil
4 eggs
Malher Consome
Malher Black Pepper Preparation / Preparación Peel, wash and cut Potatoes in thin slices. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, Malher Consome, Malher Black Pepper and Gloria UHT Milk.
In a frying pan, heat Grace Coconut oil, add sliced Potatoes, Grace Ham & Pork Luncheon Meat and Onions. Fry until potatoes have cooked. Add Egg mixture to frying pan. Stir until eggs are cooked.
