1/2 cup Grace Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 cup Grace Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp Malher Consome
1 tsp Malher Black Pepper
1 tsp Malher Garlic Powder
3 lg Potatoes
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation / Preparación Wash Potatoes and cut in halves, length way. Put to boil until soft. Remove from heat. In a bowl, spoon out the inside of the potatoe, leaving just enough to hold the skin together. Place Potatoe shell on the side. Mash Potatoe, add Malher Consome, Malher Black Pepper, Malher Garlic Powder, Butter and slowly ad Grace Evaporated Milk to desired softness. Stir in Grace Whole Kernel Corn, Grace Pork & Chicken Luncheon Meat and 1/2 cup Cheese. Fill each Potatoe shell with mashed mixture and top off with cheese. Place on baking sheet.
Please in Preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Potatoes can also be placed in the Microwave and cooked on high for 5 minutes.
