1/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cormeal
1/2 Cup Grace Evaporated milk
1 tbsp baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Butter (Melted)
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Sachet Grace Coconut Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Grace Whole Kernel Corn Preparation / Preparación In a bowl, mix Flour, Sugar, Cormeal and salt together, add baking powder. In a separate bowl blend egg, Grace Evaporated Milk, Grace Coconut Milk, butter and Grace Whole Kernel Corn. Pour into dry mixture, stir until smooth. Pour batter into grease and floured baking pan.
