Ingredients / Ingredientes

1 small sweet pepper (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 medium size onion (chopped fine)
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp margarine or butter
4 ozs grated cheese (1 cup)
1 stalk celery (chopped fine)
1 cup Grace Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp Malher Black Pepper
1-1-1/2 lbs chicken

Preparation / Preparación

  1. Use leftover chicken. Remove meat from bones. (Set aside).
  2. Over low heat melt margarine in saucepan, add onions, Malher Black Pepper, celery (sauté).
  3. Remove from heat. Add flour and Grace Evaporated Milk-mixing well.
  4. Stir constantly. Return to heat.
  5. Season to taste using all seasoning. When cooked pour liquid over chicken meat in a medium size Pyrex dish.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven 350 F/180 C until cheese is melted. Use as main dish.
