1 tsp salt
1 medium size onion (chopped fine)
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp margarine or butter
4 ozs grated cheese (1 cup)
1 stalk celery (chopped fine)
1 cup Grace Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp Malher Black Pepper
1-1-1/2 lbs chicken Preparation / Preparación
- Use leftover chicken. Remove meat from bones. (Set aside).
- Over low heat melt margarine in saucepan, add onions, Malher Black Pepper, celery (sauté).
- Remove from heat. Add flour and Grace Evaporated Milk-mixing well.
- Stir constantly. Return to heat.
- Season to taste using all seasoning. When cooked pour liquid over chicken meat in a medium size Pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese.
- Bake in a moderate oven 350 F/180 C until cheese is melted. Use as main dish.
