1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup Grace Vinegar White (use some for cleaning meat)
2 small carrots (diced or chopped small)
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 tablespoon Grace Soy Sauce
1 cup pineapple chunk
4 ozs green peas/string beans (cut small)
1 tsp Malher Garlic Powder
1/3 cup Grace Ketchup
2 lbs pork ribs or chops Preparation / Preparación
- Clean pork with Grace Vinegar White.
- Rub pork with salt only. Put in a large foil lined pan. Cook for about 45 minutes-1 hour at 350F/180 C.
- Remove from oven-Drain off excess fat.
- Mix all other ingredients to make a sauce.
- Cover meat with sauce-Continue baking for another 1-1/2 hours. Baste several times during cooking.
