½ Cup cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Grace Evaporated milk
1 Tbsp Butter Preparation / Preparación Wash potatoes. Cut in half. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.
Remove Potatoes from Oven. Spoon potato out of skin and place in a
bowl. (Leave some potatoe in the skin to keep the shape) Mash potato
and add cheese, Grace Evaporate milk and butter until smooth. Place
mashed potato back in potato skin. Top off with remaining cheese and
bake for 10 – 15 mins or until cheese melts. Clicks / clics: 1772
