½ tsp Malher Black Pepper
1 small green pepper (bell pepper)
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Grace Vinegar White
1 tsp Malher Garlic Powder
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tsp salt
1 stalk celery
1/4 cup Grace Evaporated Milk Preparation / Preparación
- Clean chicken with Grace Vinegar White.
- Remove skin from chicken (pound to flatten slightly).
- Season to taste.
- Prepare stuffing using all remaining ingredients above. (Put ingredients in blender or food processor).
- Spoon stuffing in the middle of each breast-roll add cheese over to cover filling
- Tie or use turkey skewers, put on baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350F/180C oven.
