1lb Cabbage
4 cups Flour
¼ cup Shortening
2 cans Salsa
1 plug Garlic
1 tsp GRACE Jerk Seasoning
3 cans GRACE Vienna Sausage
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Onions
2 tsp Baking powder
¼ lb Dutch cheese
GRACE Cooking Oil
GRACE Pepper Preparation / Preparación
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
- Add shortening and water to the dough, turn dough unto surface, and knead until smooth. Make twelve large flour tortillas.
- Finely cut chicken breast, add salt, and pepper to taste. Heat frying pan and add cooking oil.
- When oil is hot, put jerk seasoning in pan and stir for 30 seconds, then add chicken and stir well. Add tomato paste, ¼-cup water and stew down. Slice GRACE Vienna sausage into thin slices. Dice half onion and garlic, heat frying pan and add 3 tbsp cooking oil. Stir fry onion mix, add sausage, add 1 tbsp tomato paste, a little water and stew down. Slice remaining onion and cabbage in thin slices.
- Spread cooked chicken lightly on one edge of the tortilla (about 2 inches), place cooked GRACE sausage on top of the chicken, add cabbage, onion and top with salsa and grated cheese. Roll tortilla and cut up in 2 inch serving bits.
