1cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup Grace Evaporated Milk
1tbs. sugar
2 ½ tbsps. Grace Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup red and green sweet peppers, finely chopped
1 can Grace Jalapeno Vienna Sausages Preparation / Preparación In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, breaking up any lumps.
Heat, then lightly grease the bottom of a Teflon pot or a heavy botto skillet with 1 tbsp. of Grace Vegetable Oil. Pour in the batter and allow to set for five minutes.
When almost set, add Grace Jalapeno Vienna Sausages. Brown pancakes on both
sides. Remove pancakes from flame and place on a warm dish, top with cheddar cheese, and then garnish with chopped sweet peppers. Serve immediately.
